To exfoliate the skin from your mouth, you can use a toothbrush (we do not recommend those with hard bristles) by applying a little petroleum jelly. In this way, massage your lips for several minutes. However, if you want a little taste and colour in 5 minutes you can have our delicious scrubs ready.
5 Delicious Lip Peels
Almost all of the following recipes are based on two basic ingredients – sugar, gently wiping the skin and honey with a strong moisturizing and caring effect. You can prepare the peeling in a small amount and immediately use it or store it in a small jar (about a week, preferably in the fridge so that the sugar does not dissolve too much). How to perform a lip scrub? Simply apply the finished cosmetic to your lips in a small amount and gently massage them in a circular motion for about 3 minutes. After the procedure, there is no need to wash off these delicacies.
The basic component of all peels is honey that moisturizes and nourishes our lips. If you use o in a crystallized form, it will also support the exfoliation process.
1. Honey peeling
Prepare a teaspoon of brown sugar. Mix it with 2 teaspoons of honey (crystallized, it will also rub lightly the skin) and a teaspoon of the selected oil (almond is a good idea).
2. Peeling mojito
For the basic set, i.e. 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon brown sugar and 1 teaspoon olive oil, add a teaspoon of lime juice and a few mints leaves – mix the basic ingredients with mint and lime mixed in a blender and your homemade cocktail will delight your lips immediately after applying.
If you decide to peel with citrus juice, beware of cracked lips – they may hurt a little.
3. Citrus peeling
1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon selected oil and of course 1 teaspoon brown sugar – that’s the basis. Add to them freshly squeezed orange, grapefruit or lemon juice (you can also use a drop of aromatic oil if you don’t have fresh fruit). Watch out! We do not recommend lemon peeling if your lips are cracked – it may hurt!
Unrefined coconut oil is in the form of butter, so you should mix it lightly with jojoba oil. You can add a little bit of fragrance oil for a better aroma.
4. Coconut peeling
1 teaspoon of sugar, a few drops of jojoba oil and unrefined coconut oil are its main ingredients. Mix first the coked oil with jojoba (the first one has the consistency of butter) and then add sugar and if you like – few coconut flakes. Tropical atmosphere in your home.
Almond peeling is the only one where you don’t use sugar. It can be coarse or fine-grained – you decide when grinding.
peeling The only peeling in which we do not use sugar. Instead of him in the main role – almonds. Grind a few almonds and add about 3 teaspoons of honey to them (it can be crystallized). After massaging the lips with this mixture, collect the remaining almonds with a slightly damp cotton swab, but leave the honey on your lips (as long as you can handle it – it also cares for them).
